Do I need to register before placing an order?
You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. It will also allow you to view your store credit balance. Follow the steps here to register your account.
Why should I become a registered user?
- You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
- You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We’ll keep track of the items you’ve already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
- You get to add things to your wish list for later purchases.
- You can also access your store credit from promotions or refunds.
How do I change my account information?
As soon as you sign in to your account with your email address and password, it will direct you to your account overview to update/edit your account information.

What is your return policy?
Online purchases made through the ShopReignland.com are valid for store credit within 28 days from the delivered date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. For returns from international and apo/fpo addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Where are shipping destinations?
Reignland ships to all 50 US states, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website. Track your package with the order number and email address used for your order.
I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?
Reignland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
How do I check on the status of my order?
- You may view the status of your order by logging into your Reignland account and clicking on Past Orders. Check your order status with your order number and email address.
- Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when
- Your order has been received or
- Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
- If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
- Select shopreignland.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
- To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to MY ACCOUNT to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right
Where can I purchase or redeem Reignland Gift E-gift card?
Reignland e-gift cards are only available for purchase and redemption at shopreignland.com. Reignland e-gift cards are only sold in U.S currency.
How Do I Check The Balance Of My Gift Card OR E-Gift Card?
Does the Reignland Gift Card/ E-Gift Card have any limitations or restrictions?
Reignland e-gift cards / store credits may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise.
What If I Want To Return An Item I Purchased With A Gift Card / E-Gift Card / Store Credit?
Keep your e-gift card / store credit until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return items purchased with e-gift card / store credit in accordance with Reignland’s Return & Exchanges Policy. The refund amount will include only the amount paid after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and will not include any shipping charge paid unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).If you no longer have the e-gift card / store credit, please contact our customer service.
What If I Cancel An Online Order That Was Paid For With A Gift Card / E-Gift Card / Store Credit?
If you cancel an order that was purchased with a e-gift card / store credit, the total amount paid for the canceled order will be credited to the original gift e-gift card / store credit. If you no longer have the e-gift card / store credit, please contact our customer service.
Are There Any Fees Associated With Reignland Gift Cards Or E-Gift Cards?
No, you will only be charged the value of the e-gift card when it is purchased. Reignland does not charge shipping or any other fees when you purchase e-gift cards or at any time.
Can I Change The Value Of A Gift Card / E-Gift Card / Store Credit After I Have Purchased / Received It?
No, you will not be able to add or change the value on a e-gift card / store credit once it has been purchased /issued
Can I Pay With More Than One Reignland Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards / Store Credits?
Yes, you may use up to 10 e-gift cards / store credits per transaction. Enter the first card number and pin and click on the “apply” button. Then, a new entry box will display underneath for entering the next card number and pin.
Can my order be delivered internationally?
Do you ship to military addresses?
At this time, we cannot ship to APO | FPO addresses.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
